Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 days for the processing of your order before it is shipped out. You will receive a confirmation email of your order when it is first placed and a further email to confirm dispatch of your order along with tracking details.
UK Orders (excluding bank holidays)
Standard Delivery - £4.50 - Delivery within 2-5 working days
Express Delivery - £5.95 - Delivery within 1-2 working days provided order is placed by 3pm the previous working day.
International Orders (excluding bank holidays)
Please note these prices do not include any customs or taxes and any such costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer
All our international deliveries are processed by Royal Mail
Standard International Delivery - £13.50 - Delivery within 5-10 working days
Exchange Policy
As a small and new business, we regret to inform that we can not currently offer refunds. We do however run an Exchange Only policy.
Here at Mencima, we understand just how important the right fit is - it makes a world of a difference to how you feel and look in any garment. It is with this in mind that we happily offer exchanges on any of our items that you feel are not the correct fit for you. You can exchange items for any other item/size/colour, provided it is in stock, up to the amount of your original purchase. Any difference will be given to you as store credit to be used for/towards a future purchase.
In order for your exchange request to be accepted, please ensure that all garments are unworn, in their original state with all original tags and labels intact, and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow the below steps to exchange any items
1. Email us at hello@mencimaest1968.com with the subject line 'Exchange Request [Order No.]. Please include in your email your name, state the SKU of the items you are returning (you will find this on the invoice) and the SKU of the items you wish to exchange them for or the different size/colour you need. This is an important step as it allows us to check stock and reserve your chosen exchange items (if in stock) pending the receipt of your return. If you do not do this, we can not guarantee that your chosen exchange items will be in stock upon receipt of your original order. In this event we will not be able to fulfil your exchange and we will either send the order back out to you or offer you store credit.
2. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to respond to your email, confirming receipt of your returned items and reservation of your chosen items for exchange. We will provide you with the address to which you should return your order. Please then package up your items, ensuring all tags and labels are intact and post this back out to us. Please note that your shipping costs returning items back to us are not covered by us. We strongly recommend that you use your local post office or a reliable courier with tracking services. You can email us the tracking number if you wish.
3. Once your returned package has been received we will send you another email, confirming receipt and acceptance of your return. We will accept your return provided it it is returned in the condition that it was sent. In the event that we cannot accept a return we will email you about this and send the items back out to you. Where your return and exchange is accepted, your chosen items will be sent back out to you within 1-2 working days. Once your item has been dispatched a further email will be sent to you confirming tracking details.
In the event of any delay in the processing of shipping and exchanges we will endeavour to keep you promptly updated via email.
sale items
We are unable to accept refunds on sale items at this time. However, we can exchange sale items (subject to stock) for a different item/size/colour.
LATE EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept any exchanges after 14 days of receipt.
